Jess Norberry
Strata Manager
Jess holds a Bachelor of Business with a major in marketing and brings a well-rounded background to her role at BCsystems. After graduating, she gained valuable experience in property management for two years, which gave her a foundation for working directly with property owners and tenants. She then spent three years with insurance builders. This diverse experience has equipped Jess with a unique perspective on the many moving parts of property and strata management.
Since joining BCsystems in 2023, Jess has moved quickly into the role of strata manager. Her eye for detail, combined with her marketing background and practical industry knowledge, helps her navigate complex situations and build strong relationships with committees and stakeholders alike.
Outside of work, Jess loves making the most of Brisbane’s social scene by regularly catching up with friends and or enjoying live music.
Grace Tuffery
Strata Manager
Grace began her career in the skies as Cabin Crew for British Airways before transitioning into strata, where she has spent the past four years. Originally based in the UK, she made the move to Australia in 2024 and continues to enjoy the dynamic nature of the industry – meeting new people, working with a variety of committees, and learning something new every day.
With a passion for travel, Grace has explored five of the world’s seven continents and loves spending time with her big, blended family of five sisters. When she’s not working, you’ll likely find her catching up with friends or planning her next adventure.
Stacey Brenton
Strata Assistant
Stacey brings a wealth of experience to the real estate industry, having launched her career straight out of high school. She dedicated more than two decades to R&W strata, the only company she’s ever worked for outside of BCsystems. Progressing from an administrative position through the rental department she ultimately found her passion in body corporate management.
Stacey enjoys applying her strata knowledge to support clients and loves the collaborative and sharing atmosphere at BCsystems.
Outside the office, she enjoys quality time with her family and friends and loves getting away to go camping.
Ashleigh brings a solid foundation in Commercial Property Management, where she developed strong customer service skills and a deep understanding of the real estate industry. Eager for a fresh challenge and the chance to expand her expertise, she made the move to strata management, diving into the role with energy and enthusiasm.
Since joining BCsystems, Ashleigh has embraced a new perspective on property management and enjoys collaborating with a wide range of communities, committees, and stakeholders. She’s committed to providing exceptional service and takes pride in ensuring the properties she manages are well-maintained, compliant, and operating efficiently.
When she’s not at work, Ashleigh enjoys reading, camping, live music, and quality time with her family.
Debbie Quinn
Strata Support Leader
Debbie is a seasoned professional with over a decade of experience in the strata industry, having held diverse roles including administration, maintenance manager, portfolio assistant, administration manager and now team leader. After a brief break from the sector, Debbie returned to strata, drawn back by her passion for the work and the dynamic nature of the industry.
She finds fulfillment in supporting owners and staying informed about ever-evolving legislation. No two days are the same, and Debbie thrives on the variety and the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in people’s lives.
Outside of work, Debbie treasures time with her big, close-knit family, including her six children and three grandchildren. She also enjoys city escapes and catching up with friends over a good meal – relaxing moments that balance her busy, people-focused career. Debbie has also recently developed a love for exploring the Australian countryside in her caravan.

Harrison Wilson
Strata Assistant
Originally from the UK, Harrison studied Architecture at Plymouth University before taking the opportunity to travel and work around the world when his studies moved online during COVID. His global adventures included working as an extreme water sports instructor in Croatia and as a winter ranger in the Arctic Circle in northern Finland.
After several years abroad, Harrison returned to Australia in 2023 with the goal of settling more permanently. He initially managed weddings in picturesque Jervis Bay before reconnecting with his interest in property and pursuing a career in strata.
With a strong background in customer service and managerial roles, transitioning into strata felt like a natural next step. Harrison brings a people-first approach to his work, combining strong communication and organisational skills with a genuine interest in helping clients navigate complex situations. He particularly enjoys the variety of the role and the opportunity to build trusted relationships along the way.
Outside of work, Harrison is often found exploring the coast, whether it’s discovering new beachside towns or hiking scenic trails up and down the shoreline.
Katrina has been part of the BCsystems team since 2016, contributing her skills and dedication across a range of roles, including administrative assistant, insurance specialist, portfolio assistant and now strata manager.
Originally from the Sunshine Coast, Katrina developed an early interest in business and insurance while helping out in her family’s business. Before joining BCsystems, she completed a Bachelor of Business and gained valuable experience in the domestic insurance industry.
Combining her academic background, industry experience, and the diverse roles she has held within BCsystems, Katrina provides her clients with extensive, well-rounded knowledge of the strata industry.
Outside of work, Katrina enjoys reading, spending quality time with friends and family, and making the most of a sunny day with the occasional beach trip.
Sonia joined the BCsystems team with a solid background in strata administration and residential property management. This experience equips her with a keen understanding of the varying priorities of owners, tenants, and on-site managers within a body corporate scheme, allowing her to navigate complex situations with confidence and care.
Outside of work, Sonia enjoys spending time with her family, especially her two boys and their new puppy, and indulging her love of all things crafty.
Sonia is also a proud member of Strata Community Association (Qld).
Maria joined BCsystems over 7 years ago, bringing with her a strong background in hospitality and customer service. During this time, she has successfully managed some of our most complex client buildings, continually refining her style through collaboration with various strata managers and committees.
Maria thrives in BCsystems’ dynamic and professional environment and values the supportive culture where every team member is encouraged to contribute their best. She finds it a pleasure to connect with her colleagues, both professionally and socially.
Outside of work, Maria prioritises quality family time and enjoys outdoor activities, cheering on her children at sporting events, trips to the beach, hiking, and gardening. Maria has also completed her Bachelor of Social Science, majoring in Psychology, further enriching her insight and approach to working with people.
Tony is a highly experienced and skilled strata manager, known for his ability to tackle complex issues with meticulous attention to detail. He oversees some of Queensland’s largest body corporate developments, working closely with committees and building managers to navigate and resolve challenging matters effectively.
Outside the office, Tony enjoys watching sunsets and taking long walks along the beach.

Tim is a seasoned professional with 11 years of experience in the real estate and strata industry. With expertise in financial services, management, sales, and training, he has a passion for building strong relationships and is committed to delivering the best outcomes for all involved. His exceptional organisational skills and keen attention to detail ensure top-tier service for his clients.
Holding a Certificate IV in Compliance Management and Real Estate, a Diploma in Management, and a Bachelor of Applied Science, Tim brings a diverse skill set that enhances the communities he serves.
Residing on the Gold Coast with his wife and two children, he enjoys discovering new dining spots, travelling, and exploring local markets for unique foods and crafts – all part of the vibrant local coast culture he loves.
Janelle Godden
Senior Strata Manager
After 33 successful years running her own strata business, seasoned entrepreneur Janelle joined the team at BCsystems in 2023. Remarkably, like BCsystems, she still manages the very first scheme she was appointed to, along with many others she proudly continues to serve.
Outside of work, Janelle leads a vibrant social life and treasures time spent with her husband, children, and grandchildren.
Corinne joined BCsystems in 2019 and brings valuable experience from working in the strata industry across Brisbane, the Gold Coast, and Melbourne. Through this diverse background, she has developed an impressive ability to adapt to varying legislative frameworks and has gained extensive knowledge of strata legislation and its practical application. This expertise has enabled her to successfully manage a large portfolio of schemes at BCsystems, where she is driven by a genuine passion for delivering positive outcomes for committees, owners, and stakeholders alike.
Now married with a young son, Corinne enjoys balancing her professional life with family time. While her competitive golfing days are behind her, she still loves hitting the course for a round and cherishes time spent with extended family and friends.
Stacey joined BCsystems in 2012 and brings over two decades of experience in the strata industry.
Known for her approachable, steady, and consistent management style, Stacey has built strong, lasting relationships with her long-term BCsystems clients. She has extensive expertise in on-site management rights agreements and works closely with committees to help them get the most out of their role and property.
Outside of work, Stacey enjoys sailing and jet skiing.
She is an Accredited Member of Strata Community Association (SCA) Qld.
Kimberley brings 13 years of expertise in the strata management industry. Known for her energy and enthusiasm, she thrives in the supportive and collaborative culture at BCsystems, where she enjoys being part of a skilled and dedicated team. Her passion for helping others is evident in her work and her commitment to making a positive impact.
When not at work, Kimberley cherishes quality time with her family. She also enjoys reading and attends gigs with friends – embracing her love for live music.
Cameron joined BCsystems in 2015, bringing with him a strong background in urban planning and property development. After completing his tertiary studies in the brisk climate of Scotland, he returned to Brisbane to work in the city’s vibrant property industry.
As BCsystems’ specialist strata development consultant, Cameron partners with commercial and residential developers to take strata projects from concept to completion and successfully to market. Alongside his development work, he is a certified member of the Strata Community Association (SCA) and applies his extensive knowledge to managing his own portfolio of strata clients.
Outside of work, Cameron enjoys spending time with his son, playing cricket and golf, and never misses a chance to cheer on his beloved St. George Dragons.
Michael joined BCsystems in 2014 and has since held a variety of roles across the organisation, giving him a comprehensive understanding of the day-to-day and strategic operations of a strata management company.
As a valued member of BCsystems’ Strata Development Team, Michael brings extensive experience supporting developers and stakeholders in planning and establishing a wide range of strata-titled communities. He currently works closely with one of Australia’s largest residential developers, ensuring projects are delivered with efficiency and compliance.
Michael is an accredited strata manager and an active member of Strata Community Association (SCA) QLD.
Outside of work, Michael enjoys spending time with his family, while still managing to dedicate plenty of time and effort to maintaining his single-digit golf handicap.
Matt leads our strata team, bringing over a decade of experience in the property industry. He is known for his practical, results-driven approach and his commitment to working closely with clients to tackle complex and longstanding issues.
Throughout his career, Matt has managed assets worth a combined $2.7 billion, including community titles schemes, building management statements, and layered schemes, with particular expertise in intricate titling and management structures. He is also a certified member of the Strata Community Association (SCA), the leading industry body for strata professionals.
Outside of work, Matt enjoys Brisbane’s inner-city life and exploring real estate open homes across Brisbane.
Julie Zhu Trilford
Finance Manager
Julie joined BCsystems in 2015 and now sits on the leadership team, managing our finance department.
She holds tertiary qualifications in accountancy and brings extensive experience from her many years working in the property management industry.
Outside of work, Julie enjoys spending quality time with her family and friends.
Ian Aldred
Chief Executive Officer
Ian began his career in body corporate management in 1994 and has since held a variety of roles across Brisbane, the Gold Coast, and the Sunshine Coast.
With extensive experience managing complex and diverse portfolios, spanning residential, commercial, and retail schemes, Ian thrives on the challenges of the residential sector, collaborating closely with committees, owners, building managers, and their representatives.
Over the years, Ian has developed an intuitive understanding of what drives people, firmly believing that effective body corporate management is about managing people, not just buildings. He knows this success hinges on a strong, cohesive team.
Now stepping into the role of Chief Executive Officer, Ian is proud to join BCsystems and looks forward to contributing to the continued success of this down-to-earth, family-owned company that began with a single scheme at a kitchen table.
Kerri is the founder and owner of BCsystems and brings over 30 years of experience in managing strata-titled properties. She remains deeply involved in the day-to-day operations of the business, focusing on nurturing BCsystems’ culture and shaping its strategic direction.
As an accredited strata manager and active member of Strata Community Association (SCA) QLD, Kerri holds a Certificate IV in Property Services. She served on the SCA QLD Board of Directors for more than 14 years, including six years as Vice President.
In recognition of her significant contributions and commitment to the strata industry, Kerri was awarded Life Membership in 2018.
With 20 years of hands-on management experience, Nicholas has earned a reputation in the strata industry for his calm, composed approach to solving even the most complex issues. His clients appreciate his ability to break down challenges into manageable steps and deliver sensible, practical advice that’s easy to implement.
Nicholas’ passion for helping communities thrive is matched only by his dedication to staying active and creative in his personal life. When he’s not working, you’ll find him tackling home renovation projects or enjoying the great outdoors. Known around the office for his practical wisdom, he also never misses a chance to remind his colleagues to stay hydrated during the workday!
