Katrina has been with BCsystems since 2016. In her time with us she has held various positions including administrative assistant, insurance specialist and now portfolio assistant. Katrina grew up on the Sunshine Coast, helping in the family business which led to her interest in business and insurance. 

 

Before joining BCsystems Katrina had already graduated from university with a Bachelor of Business and had gained experience in the domestic insurance industry. Using a combination of her previous experience and her various roles she has held at BCsystems, Katrina offers her clients an extensive and well-rounded knowledge of the strata industry. 

 

In her spare time, Katrina enjoys reading, spending time with friends and family and the occasional beach trip!

Sonia joined the BCsystems team with a background in strata administration, and residential property management. This background experience helps Sonia to understand and navigate the different priorities between owners, tenants and on-site management within a body corporate scheme.

Outside of work Sonia spends her time doing anything crafty and hanging out with her family.

Sonia is a member of Strata Community Association (Qld).

Maria joined BCsystems more than 5 years ago, with a background in hospitality and customer service. Maria has worked with some of our most complex client buildings at BCsystems, and has refined her management style working with different strata managers and committees over the years.

Maria enjoys BCsystems’ dynamic, professional and experienced environment and office culture. Maria believes that every staff member contributes to the best of their ability and that it is always a pleasure to communicate with the team on both a professional and social level. Outside of the office, quality family time is of great importance to Maria, with outdoor activities, children’s’ sporting events, beach time, hiking, or gardening.

Maria is also obtaining a Bachelor of Social Science, majoring in Psychology.

Tony is an experienced and capable strata manager, and is able to get into the detail on complex matters. Tony manages some of Queensland’s largest body corporate developments, working alongside committees and building managers to resolve complex challenges.

Outside of work Tony enjoys sunsets and long walks on the beach.

Chloe is one of our Senior Strata Associates, bringing with her over 9 years of industry experience, with 7 of those as a Strata Manager. She has her Certificate IV in Property Services and specialises in insurance, maintenance and arrears.

 

Outside of work she is a busy mum to two young kids, who take up most of her free time. When she does have a few moments she enjoys roller skating, sewing and craft, watching the odd horror movie, and collecting and caring for her plants.

Parris is originally from the UK and has spent the last decade living in Australia. With a background in Hospitality and Real Estate she brings a diverse range of skills and experiences to her work. She enjoys assisting others with their queries and values the supportive team dynamic and friendly atmosphere at BCsystems.

Outside of work, Parris likes to spend quality time spent with her family and enjoys catching up with friends. She also enjoys taking walks with her dog, Winston.

Stacey is a seasoned professional in the real estate industry, having begun her career right after completing high school. She has spent over 20 years at R&W, the only employer she has ever known. Starting from an administrative role, Stacey worked her way up through the rental department, gaining valuable experience and expertise, until she found her place in body corporate.

Stacey has now embarked on a new journey at BCsystems, excited to work alongside our team. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, as well as camping.

Debbie is an experienced professional in the strata industry, with a decade of expertise in roles like Administration, Maintenance Manager, Portfolio Assistant, and Administration Manager. After taking a brief break, she returned to the field because she missed it. 

What Debbie finds fulfilling about her work in strata is assisting owners and staying updated on changing legislation. Each day presents new challenges that she embraces, finding satisfaction in making a positive impact.

Beyond work, Debbie values quality time with her large family of six children and three grandchildren. She also enjoys city getaways and dining out with friends, appreciating these experiences for relaxation and enjoyment.

Seasoned entrepreneur, Janelle has recently commenced working for BCsystems after owning her own strata business for 33 years. To this day she continues to manage the very first scheme she was ever appointed for, along with many more that she is extremely proud of.

Outside of work, Janelle has a fabulous social life and spending time with her husband, children and grandchildren is extremely important to her. Janelle is extremely excited to take on this new chapter in her career and looks forward to working alongside the team at BCsystems.
