Managing Director

Kerri is the founder and owner of BCsystems with over 25 years’ experience in the administration of strata titled property. Kerri remains actively involved in the daily operations of BCsystems, through the ongoing development of BCsystems’ culture and strategic direction.

 

Kerri is an accredited strata manager and member of Strata Community Association (SCA) QLD and has completed her Certificate IV in Property Services.

 

Kerri served on the Strata Community Association (SCA) QLD Board of Directors for over 14 years, six years as being vice president.

 

Kerri was awarded a life membership in 2018 for her services and dedication to the strata industry.

Ian Aldred

Chief Executive Officer

Ian commenced in body corporate management in 1994, and since then has moved through various positions in Brisbane, and on the Gold and Sunshine Coasts.

He is experienced in managing complex and diverse portfolios, including residential, commercial, and retail schemes within Building Management Statements, as well as the equally challenging residential space – working with committees, owners, building managers, and their representatives.

Ian has developed a 6th sense of what makes people tick. His philosophy is to manage people, not buildings, and to do that successfully requires a diverse and harmonious team.

Ian is proud to join the BCsystems’ team as Chief Executive Officer, excited to be part of this down-to-earth, family-owned business that started as one scheme from a kitchen table.

Finance Manager

Julie joined BCsystems in 2015 and leads a highly skilled, professional accounts team providing accounts management services to bodies corporate for BCsystems.

Julie holds tertiary qualifications in accountancy and has worked in the property management industry for many years.

In Julie’s spare time she enjoys quality time with family and friends.

Matthew Savage

Strata Operations Manager

Matt leads the strata team, and brings 10 years’ experience in the property industry.

His focus is on practical results-based management, and partnering with clients to resolve complex and longstanding issues.

Matt’s experience extends to the management of assets with a total value of $2.7 billion, including community titles schemes, building management statements, and layered schemes – with a particular focus on complex titling and management structures. Matt is a certified member of Strata Community Association (SCA), the peak strata industry body.

In his spare time you will find Matt thinking about ways we can improve our services, writing newsletter articles, and spending weekends at real estate open-houses around Brisbane.

Manager Business Improvement

Michael joined the team at BCsystems in 2014 and since then has worked in a number of capacities within the organisation. In doing so, Michael has gained an all-round knowledge of the operational intricacies of a strata management company.

Michael is a valued member of the Strata Development Team at BCsystems and has had extensive experience assisting developers and stakeholders with planning and establishing various types of strata title developments.

Michael currently services one of Australia’s largest residential developers. Michael is an accredited strata manager and member of Strata Community Association (SCA) QLD.

In Michael’s spare time he has to work hard to keep a single digit golf handicap.

Cameron joined BCsystems in 2015 with a background in urban planning and property development. After completing his tertiary studies in chilly Scotland, Cameron returned to Brisbane to make his contribution to our dynamic property industry.

Cameron is BCsystems’ expert strata development consultant, working with our commercial and residential property developers to bring strata projects out of the ground and to market. In addition to his development focus, Cameron is a certified member of Strata Community Association (SCA), and lends his years of experience to his own strata management clients at BCsystems.

In Cameron’s spare time he enjoys playing cricket and golf and following his beloved St. George Dragons.

Stacey joined BCsystems in 2012 and has over 10 years experience in the strata industry. Stacey’s approachable, steady and consistent management style has earned Stacey great working relationships with Stacey’s long-term BCsystems clients. Stacey is very experienced with on-site management rights agreements and working with committees to maximise enjoyment of their role and property.

In Stacey’s spare time she likes to sail and jet ski.

Corinne joined BCsystems in 2019. Corinne has worked in the strata industry in Brisbane, Gold Coast and Melbourne.

In doing so, Corinne has developed the ability to not only adapt quickly to a variety of different legislative frameworks, but has become extremely knowledgeable in the application of the legislation. This knowledge has seen Corinne take on a large portfolio within BCsystems and she is driven by her passion to provide committees, owners and other stakeholders alike with positive outcomes.

Whilst her competitive golfing days are over, Corinne still loves to get out for a round of golf and enjoys her time with family and friends.

Kirstie brings 8 years’ experience in the strata industry to her role as a Senior Strata Manager at BCsystems.

Prior to joining the strata industry, Kirstie held management roles in real estate, and hospitality and tourism industries, acquiring skills in marketing, project management, training and customer service.

Kirstie’s experiences extends to managing a diverse portfolio consisting of medium to large residential, commercial and layered schemes.

Seasoned entrepreneur, Janelle has recently commenced working for BCsystems after owning her own strata business for 33 years. To this day she continues to manage the very first scheme she was ever appointed for, along with many more that she is extremely proud of.

Outside of work, Janelle has a fabulous social life and spending time with her husband, children and grandchildren is extremely important to her. Janelle is extremely excited to take on this new chapter in her career and looks forward to working alongside the team at BCsystems.

Tim is a seasoned professional with 11 years of experience in the real estate and strata industry. With expertise in financial services, management, sales, and training, he has a passion for building strong relationships and is committed to delivering the best outcomes for all involved. His exceptional organisational skills and keen attention to detail ensure top-tier service for his clients.

Holding a Certificate IV in Compliance Management and Real Estate, a Diploma in Management, and a Bachelor of Applied Science, Tim brings a diverse skill set that enhances the communities he serves.

Residing on the Gold Coast with his wife and two children, he enjoys discovering new dining spots, travelling, and exploring local markets for unique foods and crafts – all part of the vibrant local coast culture he loves.

Maria joined BCsystems more than 5 years ago, with a background in hospitality and customer service. Maria has worked with some of our most complex client buildings at BCsystems, and has refined her management style working with different strata managers and committees over the years.

Maria enjoys BCsystems’ dynamic, professional and experienced environment and office culture. Maria believes that every staff member contributes to the best of their ability and that it is always a pleasure to communicate with the team on both a professional and social level. Outside of the office, quality family time is of great importance to Maria, with outdoor activities, children’s’ sporting events, beach time, hiking, or gardening.

Maria is also obtaining a Bachelor of Social Science, majoring in Psychology.

Katrina has been with BCsystems since 2016. In her time with us she has held various positions including administrative assistant, insurance specialist and now portfolio assistant. Katrina grew up on the Sunshine Coast, helping in the family business which led to her interest in business and insurance. 

 

Before joining BCsystems Katrina had already graduated from university with a Bachelor of Business and had gained experience in the domestic insurance industry. Using a combination of her previous experience and her various roles she has held at BCsystems, Katrina offers her clients an extensive and well-rounded knowledge of the strata industry. 

 

In her spare time, Katrina enjoys reading, spending time with friends and family and the occasional beach trip!

Kimberley brings 13 years of expertise in the strata management industry. Her passion for helping others is evident in her work and her commitment to making a positive impact.

An integral member of the BCsystems social club committee, Kimberley plays a key role in organising staff events and fostering camaraderie.

When not at work, Kimberley cherishes quality time with her family. She also enjoys reading and attends gigs with friends – embracing her love for live music.

Stacey is a seasoned professional in the real estate industry, having begun her career right after completing high school. She has spent over 20 years at R&W, the only employer she has ever known. Starting from an administrative role, Stacey worked her way up through the rental department, gaining valuable experience and expertise, until she found her place in body corporate.

Stacey has now embarked on a new journey at BCsystems, excited to work alongside our team. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, as well as camping.

Chloe is one of our Senior Strata Associates, bringing with her over 9 years of industry experience, with 7 of those as a Strata Manager. She has her Certificate IV in Property Services and specialises in insurance, maintenance and arrears.

 

Outside of work she is a busy mum to two young kids, who take up most of her free time. When she does have a few moments she enjoys roller skating, sewing and craft, watching the odd horror movie, and collecting and caring for her plants.

Debbie is an experienced professional in the strata industry, with a decade of expertise in roles like Administration, Maintenance Manager, Portfolio Assistant, and Administration Manager. After taking a brief break, she returned to the field because she missed it. 

What Debbie finds fulfilling about her work in strata is assisting owners and staying updated on changing legislation. Each day presents new challenges that she embraces, finding satisfaction in making a positive impact.

Beyond work, Debbie values quality time with her large family of six children and three grandchildren. She also enjoys city getaways and dining out with friends, appreciating these experiences for relaxation and enjoyment.

Parris is originally from the UK and has spent the last decade living in Australia. With a background in Hospitality and Real Estate she brings a diverse range of skills and experiences to her work. Outside of work, Parris likes to spend quality time spent with her family and enjoys catching up with friends. She also enjoys taking walks with her dog, Winston.
