BODY CORPORATE SERVICES
Our approach
Experienced strata managers and development consultants servicing Queensland.
OUR APPROACH
With over 30 years of experience, BCsystems is a trusted name in body corporate services.
Founded in 1994 by industry pioneer Kerri Anthon, this family-owned and operated business still works under the same core values now, as it did 30 all those years ago – to listen and provide the very best of professional, personalised service to the body corporate community.
While we offer automated and online services to make the day-to-day running of a body corporate seamless, we never forget that many of these properties are where people work, and more importantly, live. That’s what makes it personal to us.
Our job is to take the complexity out of managing a body corporate, so you can enjoy living in one.
A personal approach
to body corporate management
That’s why we take the time to listen, tailoring our management approach to suit every person, their communication style and business preferences.

OUR VALUES
Solutions, not problems
Taking the time to genuinely list to our clients is often enough, but when problems do arise, our team takes a balance, transparent approach to solving them.
While many decisions and actions will be out of our control, empathetic understanding, proactive communication, and relevant support make the world of difference.
Innovative approach
In this ever-changing industry, our proactive approach to innovation is a must. Whether that’s building online tools for the convenience of our clients or applying out-of-the-box strategies to new developments.
Customer relationships
Relationships are the foundation of our business, built on the understanding that every client is unique. Not just at a body corporate level, but as individuals.
This is why we take the time to listen, tailoring our management approach to suit every person, their communication style and business preferences. It’s the BCsystems’ approach, driven by the customer centricity at the heart of our organisation.
Working as a team
Respect is a BCsystems’ core value, and one we take very seriously. Accepting diversity in our teammates, just as we do our customers, we appreciate everyone is different, every opinion is important, and every team member has a seat at the table.
We support new ideas and encourage those who challenge the status quo. We know a positive culture and collaborative workplace is our superpower to providing the highest level of service to our clients.

OWNERSHIP & INDEPENDENCE
BCsystems is owned by Kerri Anthon, who founded the company in Bulimba in 1994. She continues to lead as its sole owner and managing director.
BCsystems or Kerri Anthon do not own, operate, or hold any interest – partially or fully, in subsidiary companies or related businesses.
As an independent, locally owned operation, we take pride in our autonomy and strong community ties. This independence is a key reason why many clients choose us over large corporate or private-equity-owned alternatives.
One of BCsystems’ key points of difference is our transparent and straightforward pricing. Unlike some firms that generate revenue by adding hidden markups to expenses like printing, postage, and internet usage, we do not. Our charges reflect the actual cost of the item or offer a clear and competitive price for work performed by one of our skilled and experienced team members.
We do not accept commissions, kickbacks, or any form of financial incentive on any kind of maintenance, utilities, compliance reporting, accounting or audit services used by our clients.
We fully support committees and owners sourcing their own independent quotes. If the business holds the necessary licenses and insurance, we are more than happy. At the end of the day, it’s your money, and your decision.
